Once you’ve decided on the best way to proceed, we’ll send a custom quote based on accurate measurements taken at your home. We value good communication, so we’re happy to answer any questions and will stay in touch throughout your project.
3. Once you’ve accepted the quote and paid your deposit, we’ll order the premium-quality raw materials required for your glass products within 5-10 working days. We support Australian manufacturers wherever possible. Please note that highly specialised materials may require 3-4 weeks for delivery – we’ll let you know if this is the case at the quoting stage.
*Please note, production should be booked as soon as possible. As a trusted, premium glazing provider, our production team is often booked 1-2 months in advance.
5. As soon as your glass products are ready, our expert installers will visit your home when it’s most convenient for you. For most projects, installation only takes a few hours. For larger, complex projects – particularly large renovations – it may take a few weeks.
